This class is perfect for both novices and those familiar with the chakra system who want to have an easy way to start applying the knowledge in a practical manner to change their life for the better.

Chakras are Energy Centers corresponding to the major organs and physical and psychological functions that are foundations for our health.
 
There are 7 main chakras within our body
 
Once you know where they are, what they do, and how to improve their functions, it is easy to ensure that they are all working at optimal levels of our health and well-being.

Learning about chakras means learning about helping your body, mind, and emotions work for you and not against you.
 
It empowers you to create the change you want to see in your life because it makes everything else you do EASIER and FASTER.

chakra assessment
–discussion of positive and negative issues for the specific chakra
–how to bring it into balance
–what crystals to use
–what colors to use
–what food to use
–brief guided meditation for clearing it

a ***crystal gift*** for the specific chakra
–a homework for the specific chakra
